This redevelopment project sets a new standard for the area's luxurious apartment living. The architectural idea breaks down a large façade in to a smaller scale; this idea articulates a panelized system of different sizes and colors. An entry to the building is implied by a canopy extending out from this system. The residential floors are elevated to provide for parking and amenities at the ground floor. A state of the art stacked parking system enables twice the amount of parking possible for the site.
