Entering Hoboken from the south, you are faced with this historic site known to house the R. B. Davis Company for manufacturing. The redevelopment of this site preserves the north end building facing the park. A public centralized courtyard is covered to provide year round gatherings. This space is surrounded by an array of retail spaces and restaurants. The south end provides a parking garage that can be utilized by the city to relieve the area of street parking and traffic. 120+ condo apartments are dispersed at the upper floors with large terraces and balconies. A variety of amenities are placed throughout the building for tenant use; this includes a large outdoor amenity terrace including a pool.
