The architectural idea for this project takes a modern approach of a neighboring historic building. With a granite facade, large openings, and extraordinary details, this new structure takes a part of history and stretches it along Washington Street.  Here the line of new and old becomes blurred between the two granite facades. A hidden glazed courtyard separates the main building from a carriage house that sits at the rear of the property.
